Hey there! Welcome to Melonypine’s world of fresh treats. Before you dive into our parfaits and yogurts, here are a few ground rules to keep things smooth.
Placing an Order
- When you place an order, make sure your details are correct (name, address, phone number). Wrong details = delivery delays or no delivery at all.
- Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text from us.
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made upfront at checkout. No payment, no parfait.
- We accept [Bank transfers, Cards, USSD payment and more].
Please note: Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds unless we are unable to deliver your order.
Delivery
- We deliver fresh and fast! Make sure you’re around to receive your order at the scheduled time. Our riders will only wait at each location for 5 minutes after which the order will be returned to our production facility.
- Missed deliveries? No worries—you can reschedule, but extra fees may apply.
Freshness Promise
- Our products are made fresh and just for you, so be sure to enjoy them right away or store them properly.
- We’re not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
- Our parfait can be preserved in your freezer for up to 5 days.
Refunds and Returns
- We have a whole page dedicated to this! Check out our Returns and Refund Policy. (Quick note: refunds are only given if we can’t deliver your order.)
Using Our Website
- All content on our site (pictures, logos, and descriptions) belongs to MelonyPine. Please don’t use it without asking nicely.
- Any misuse of our website is a no-go—we’ll take legal action if necessary.
