❗Dried fruit topping are packed seperately for all bowl sizes except the 250ml and 150ml bowls

❗Customers may only request updates within 5 minutes of order placement after which, charges applies for modifications - subject to the current status of the order at the time of request.

❗Rescheduling: A ₦5,000 fee applies, subject to the order's status. Requests are only accommodated within 7 days from original delivery date, and we are not liable for reminder notifications after this period. Thereafter, orders must be picked up or sent via express delivery at the customer's expense

❗Riders will not wait more than 10 minutes at your location - We will only try to reach you via email and calls (Phone and WhatsApp)

❗Missed Delivery: N2,000 fee charge to return to factory & reschedule. We can deliver or you pickup.

❗Full delivery fee charged to redispatch

❗For every order that’s returned/failed pickup, we need to remake the product, repackage, reprint slips, reschedule delivery etc. Don’t miss your delivery/pickup please

❗Please open up your order immediately after receiving it and confirm that it’s complete.

❗Complaints after 4 hours of receipt won’t be attended to.
