1. Do you sell single bowls?

Single bowls are available on our website, and you can also order one through the Chowdeck App or Glovo.

2. Do you deliver outside Lagos?

We currently do not offer interstate delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3. Where are you located?

Our production facilities are located in Lagos and Abuja.

4. Do you have a walk-in store in Abuja?

Not yet, but we have an active branch serving Abuja. We will announce once pickup locations are available.

5. Can I order via WhatsApp?

No. For the safest and fastest experience, please place your order through our official website melonypine.com

6. What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery typically takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

7. What is the difference between the Exotic Berry Parfait and Tropical Deluxe Parfait?

Exotic Berry Parfait — contains 9 ingredients
Tropical Deluxe Parfait — contains 13 ingredients, including more fruits and nuts.

8. How many bowls can I order on the website?

Our sets have a minimum order quantity of 2 or 3 bowls, depending on the option selected.

9. Do you offer training?

10. Is your yoghurt made with whole milk?

Yes, our signature parfait yoghurt is made using whole milk.

11. Is your parfait safe for diabetic patients?

The sweetened parfait is not recommended for diabetic patients.
👉 We suggest our unsweetened Greek yoghurt with custom toppings instead.

12. Do you sell your parfait yoghurt base?

No, our signature yoghurt base is not currently for sale.

13. What yoghurt do you use in your parfaits?

We use our signature sweetened parfait yoghurt, not Greek yoghurt.

14. Do you offer sweetened Greek yoghurt?

No, we only offer unsweetened Greek yoghurt.

15. Is banana included in your parfaits?

No, our parfaits do not include banana.

16. What is the difference between your parfait yoghurt and Greek yoghurt?

Parfait yoghurt — sweetened and creamy.
Greek yoghurt — unsweetened and strained Greek-style.

17. Can I get my order delivered within 30 minutes?

Our standard delivery time is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
👉 For faster service, you may send your own rider or opt for pickup.

18. What is your lowest price?

The lowest price currently for our Premium Parfait is ₦28,700 for three 330ml Exotic Berry Parfaits.

19. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

20. Is your parfait safe for pregnant women?

Yes, our parfait is safe for pregnant women.

21. Do you ship overseas?

We do not currently offer international shipping.
👉 However, if you can arrange to receive it, we will gladly package your order.

22. Why don't you take orders via direct messages (DMs)?

To protect customers from scams, we only accept orders through our secure website.

23. Can your parfait help with weight loss?

Yes, when enjoyed in moderation, our parfait can be part of a weight-loss-friendly diet.

24. How do I place an order?

Visit our website, browse the menu, add your choices to the cart, and complete checkout.

25. What is your smallest bowl size?

Our smallest bowl size is 150ml, available in a set of 10 for ₦32,500.

26. When will the 250ml bowl be back in stock?

Please stay tuned to our social media pages for restock updates.

27. Has my order been dispatched?

Send us your order number, and we will track the status for you immediately.

28. How can I get single bowls in Lagos?

You can pick up single bowls from Chowdeck, Glovo, or any of Rubels and Angels restaurant in Surulere, Akoka and Amuwo Odofin around Lagos.
