Store Regulations

❗We are open everyday from 8am-5pm and Sundays 12-5pm.

❗We stop processing orders by 5pm -Orders that come in after will be delivered next delivery day; no future orders

❗Scheduled location orders are processed until 11:00 am, and dispatch starts by 12:00pm.
Deliveries to scheduled locations will be processed strictly on their designated delivery days; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

❗We do not take DM orders - All orders are taken only on our website

❗All delivery orders are processed and delivered within a minimum of 4 hours AND Sales orders within a minimum of 48 hours in Lagos and Abuja.

❗Any location not listed on the website is not covered by our dispatch team

❗No Order Customization - No ingredients can be removed

1. Do you sell single bowls?

Single bowls are currerntly unavailable on our website, you can only order one through the Chowdeck App or Glovo.

2. Do you deliver outside Lagos?

We currently do not offer interstate delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3. Where are you located?

Our production facilities are located in Lagos and Abuja.

4. Do you have a walk-in store in Abuja?

Not yet, but we have an active branch serving Abuja. We will announce once pickup locations are available.

5. Can I order via WhatsApp?

6. What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery typically takes about 4 hours within Lagos and Abuja for Regular Orders - Same day to 48 hours for Promo Sales orders

7. What is the difference between the Exotic Berry Parfait and Tropical Deluxe Parfait?

Exotic Berry Parfait — contains 9 ingredients
Tropical Deluxe Parfait — contains 13 ingredients, including more fruits and nuts.

8. How many bowls can I order on the website?

Our sets have a minimum order quantity of 2 or 3 bowls, depending on the option selected.

10. Is your yoghurt made with whole milk?

Yes, our signature parfait yoghurt is made using whole milk.

11. Is your parfait safe for diabetic patients?

The sweetened parfait is not recommended for diabetic patients.
👉 We suggest our unsweetened Greek yoghurt with custom toppings instead.

12. Do you sell your parfait yoghurt base?

No, our signature yoghurt base is not currently for sale.

13. What yoghurt do you use in your parfaits?

We use our signature sweetened parfait yoghurt, not Greek yoghurt.

14. Do you offer sweetened Greek yoghurt?

No, we only offer unsweetened Greek yoghurt.

15. Is banana included in your parfaits?

No, our parfaits do not include banana.

16. What is the difference between your parfait yoghurt and Greek yoghurt?

Parfait yoghurt — sweetened and creamy.
Greek yoghurt — unsweetened and strained Greek-style.

17. Can I get my order delivered within 30 minutes?

Our standard delivery time is 4 hours within Lagos and 3 hours within and Abuja for Regular Orders

The lowest price currently for our Premium Parfait is ₦34,500 for three bowls of 330ml Exotic Berry Parfaits.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within approximately 4 hours within Lagos and Abuja for Regular Orders - Same day to 48 hours for Promo Sales orders

20. Is your parfait safe for pregnant women?

Yes, our parfait is safe for pregnant women.

21. Do you ship overseas?

We do not currently offer international shipping.
